Every provider's profile shows the trust signals that matter before you commit. A Payment Verified badge confirms they have completed Stripe account setup, including identity verification. A CRC Verified badge means they have completed a Certn criminal record check. Bronze, Silver, and Gold badge tiers reflect their history of completed jobs and positive reviews, alongside their star rating, number of completed jobs, and listed specialties. Weighing these together makes it easier to pick the right match for the task at hand, not just the first applicant to respond.
Save Your Favorites
When you find a provider you want to work with again, tap the bookmark icon on their profile to add them to your Saved Providers list. Your saved list shows their badges, rating, completed job count, and specialties at a glance, so you can find the right one quickly the next time you need help.
Invite Them Back With One Tap
From your Saved Providers list, tap Invite next to a provider's name. Select an active job posting and complete the invitation flow. There's no need to wait for the provider to spot your posting in the open marketplace.
Do not have a provider saved yet but know their invitation code or have their business card handy? Enter their 6-character code, or scan their QR code with HelperGen's built-in scanner, to add them straight to your list. Once they're saved, inviting them to a job is a single tap away.
How to Save and Invite a Provider

Scan their QR code instead. Every HelperGen provider has a personal QR code on their profile and business card. Open the scanner from the Saved Providers screen, scan the code, and HelperGen validates it and adds them to your list. From there, tap Invite to send them a direct invitation to one of your active jobs.
What do the badges on a provider's profile actually mean?
