We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel:
More than 24 hours before the job: You can cancel with no penalty.
Within 24 hours of the job: A cancellation fee of 30% of the service cost is charged. This is done to fairly compensate the provider for their reserved time and lost opportunity.
Mutual Agreement: If you and the provider both agree to cancel, this fee is waived, even if it's within 24 hours.
