Platform fee: We charge a standard 13% platform fee on the final service amount (excluding tips). This fee funds platform security and improvements, customer support, dispute resolution, and marketing that brings you more job opportunities.
Stripe processing: Stripe's estimated card processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 is added separately. Applicable tax is calculated on the combined platform and processing fees.
Gold Helper incentive: Gold Helpers receive a reduced 10% platform fee. The Stripe estimate remains separate unless a promotional rate explicitly says it is bundled.
