If you wish to close your HelperGen account, you can do so from your Profile settings. Please read the following instructions and consequences carefully, as this action is permanent.
How to Initiate Account Deletion
Click on your Profile Picture in the top-right corner of the page and select Profile.
Scroll to the very bottom of the page to find the "Delete Account" section.
Click the button to begin the deletion process.
Important: Why Account Deletion Might Be Blocked
For the safety and integrity of our platform, you cannot delete your account if you have ongoing commitments. The system will automatically block the deletion if you have any active service contracts or pending job applications. You must first complete or cancel all active service commitments before proceeding.
Consequences of Deleting Your Account
Your account will be permanently closed. You will no longer be able to log in, and your public profile will be removed. This action cannot be undone.
Your sensitive payment information will be immediately and permanently deleted.
Other account information (such as your name, contact details, and job history) will be securely archived for a limited period as required for legal, tax, and safety compliance. This data is not publicly accessible and will be permanently deleted once the mandatory retention period expires.
