1. Go to the Correct Sign-In Page
Start at the Sign In page.
Use the link at the bottom of the form (e.g., "Sign in as a job poster" or "Sign in as a service provider") to ensure you are on the correct page for your account type.
2. Enter Your Email Address
Type in the email address associated with your HelperGen account.
Click the "Next" button.
3. Request the Reset Link
On the next screen, where it would normally ask for your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link.
Enter your email address and we'll send you a verification code to reset your password.
For Job Posters and Service Providers.
