To ensure the safety, legality, and integrity of the HelperGen community, certain services are strictly prohibited. Posting or performing any of the following services will result in the content being removed and may lead to a permanent account suspension.
This list provides key examples, but it is not exhaustive. As a guiding principle, any service that is illegal, inherently unsafe, requires a specialized license we don't verify, or violates the spirit of our Community Guidelines is not permitted. HelperGen reserves the final right to determine what is appropriate for the platform and may remove any job post at our sole discretion.
1. Illegal Activities & Highly Regulated Items
Any service or activity that is illegal under local or national law.
The sale, delivery, or handling of drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or any controlled substances.
The sale, delivery, or handling of any weapons, ammunition, or explosives.
2. Licensed Professional Services
Services that require a specific professional license or certification that HelperGen does not verify, including but not limited to:
Medical Services: Any form of diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. This includes elder care that requires medical training (e.g., administering medication, wound care).
Legal Services: Providing legal advice, representation, or notarization services.
Financial Services: Providing financial or investment advice, tax preparation, or money lending.
Therapeutic Services: Any form of counselling, therapy, or life coaching.
Highly Skilled Trades: Major plumbing, electrical, or gas work that requires a specific trade license by law.
3. Inherently Dangerous or High-Risk Activities
Handling of hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos, biological waste, chemicals).
Services requiring the provider to operate heavy machinery for which they are not certified.
Any task that poses a significant, immediate risk of serious injury.
4. Financial Transactions
Cashing checks, money transfers, or handling large sums of cash.
Any tasks related to bill or debt collection.
5. Inappropriate or Personal Services
Any form of adult entertainment, explicit content, or sexual services.
Dating, escort, or personal companionship services.
Impersonating another individual for any purpose.
