How to Activate and Manage Your Features
Click on your Profile Picture in the top-right corner and select Profile.
Navigate to the Business Profile section.
The Overview tab will show you all available premium features.
Here, you can learn about each feature and use the "Activate" button to purchase it with your available Gen Points.
Here are the premium features currently available:
1. Custom Handle & QR Code
Cost: 150 Gen Points
What it is: This feature lets you create a personalized, professional URL (your "handle") for your public profile, like helpergen.ca/providers/andys-handyman-service. It also generates a professional QR code that links directly to your profile.
Why it's valuable: A custom handle is easy for clients to remember. You can put the handle and the QR code on business cards, flyers, or social media to drive traffic directly to your HelperGen profile, making it a powerful marketing tool.
2. Job Invitation Widget
Cost: 100 Gen Points per month
What it is: This widget adds a "Send Invitation" button to your public profile, allowing potential clients to invite you to their jobs directly.
Why it's valuable: It creates a direct line for clients who are impressed with your profile to contact you for immediate opportunities, integrating seamlessly with the existing job invitation system.
3. Portfolio Showcase
Cost: 75 Gen Points per month
What it is: This enhances your standard portfolio, allowing you to upload "before/after" photos and add detailed descriptions to your portfolio images.
Why it's valuable: A professional portfolio is the best way to prove the quality of your work. "Before/after" shots provide powerful visual proof of your skills, helping potential clients see the real value and quality of your services.
