Your Purchase History
The Purchase History page records purchases charged to your provider account. It includes Gen Points bundle purchases and any paid verification services associated with your account. It does not show money earned from completed jobs.
Purchases are listed from newest to oldest. Each entry shows the purchase description, date, total charged, and payment status. The page header and spending chart summarize how much you spent during the selected time period.
What Is Included
Purchase History contains the real-money purchase records for:
- Gen Points bundles: The bundle purchased, amount charged, tax, and receipt
- Provider verification services: Paid identity or background-verification charges associated with your provider account
The separate Gen Points Transactions page is the ledger for point activity itself, including purchases, bonuses, reservations, deductions, refunds, and penalties.
Purchase Status Meanings
Purchase records use these payment statuses:
- Paid: The charge completed successfully
- Pending: The charge has not finished processing yet
- Failed: The charge did not complete; the purchase was not activated
These statuses describe purchases made from your account. They are not job-payment authorization or provider payout statuses.
Payment Details and Receipts
Select View Receipt on a purchase to open its payment details. Depending on the purchase, the receipt can include:
- Purchase or service description
- Invoice number and purchase date
- Payment status
- Subtotal, applicable tax, and total charged
- Payment method, when available
You can print the details or select Download Receipt to save the receipt for your records.
Filtering Your Purchase History
Use Time Period to view purchases from the last week, month, year, or all time. The Total Spent value, spending chart, and purchase list update for the selected period. Purchases remain listed from newest to oldest, with pagination when there are more records.
Job Earnings Are Separate
Use the Earnings Dashboard for income from completed jobs. That page tracks gross revenue, HelperGen fees, taxes collected, refunds, net earnings, job details, and tax summaries.
Provider Purchase History is not a payout ledger and does not describe job-payment authorization, bank deposits, or payout schedules.
